Good and Tasty Tuesday: Vegetarian and Gluten Free!

I love making new dishes from leftovers!
Onion, cauliflower, black beans and left over brown rice.

Saute all the cauliflower and onion until tender on edges but with some crunch still.  Add rice and beans and warm through.

Onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a little bit of regular salsa.
Finely chop onion, coarsely chop cilantro, mix with lime juice and salsa.

Throw salsa on top warm mix.
Add a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.

Add caption
Squirt some lime juice on top and enjoy!
