Onion, cauliflower, black beans and left over brown rice. |
Saute all the cauliflower and onion until tender on edges but with some crunch still. Add rice and beans and warm through.
Onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a little bit of regular salsa. |
Add a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
